Order Process
1. Input your desired text into the engraving box. If you need examples, feel free to reach out to sales@alphatrophy.com and our team will help bring your ideas to life!
2. If you have special requests, please include these underneath your engraving information or in the "add notes" section during checkout.
3. If you include logos, our team may reach out to request a higher quality file as our site only allows webp file uploads.
4. We will send you an email with a mock-up free of charge within 48 hours after checkout. Make as many changes as you need. (We will not begin manufacturing till you are completely satisfied with how your product looks)
5. Once the design is finalized, you will receive an email with tracking information.
6. When selecting a product from our site, please note our production times:
- Standard production: 5-7 business days + shipping
- Sale item production: 2-4 business days + shipping
