At Alpha Trophy, we strive to ensure that each trophy and award is crafted with precision and care to meet your expectations.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Please thoroughly look over the emailed mock-up to correct any errors prior to the start of production. Once confirmed and production starts, you will be unable to make any changes to the design.

Damaged Items

If your trophy or award arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We require photo proof of the damaged item as well as its packaging for shipping insurance purposes. Upon review and approval of the damage, we will offer you the following options:

  1. Refund: We can issue a refund for the damaged product.
  2. Replacement: If there is sufficient time before your event, we can send you a replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return due to damage during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at sales@alphatrophy.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and attach clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom trophies and awards that do not have manufacturing defects or transit damage are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
