Placing an Order
1. Browse our selection of text templates, select one that you like, and copy it into the engraving box.
2. Edit the template if need be to fit your needs. Feel free to add the names of the recipients, company, dates, or logos to the template. (If you're unsure, leave blank and we will reach out to you to help bring your ideas to life!)
3. We will send you an email with a mock-up free of charge within 48 hours after checkout. Make as many changes as you need. (We will not begin manufacturing till you are completely satisfied with how your product looks)
4. Once the design is finalized, you will receive an email with tracking information.
5. When selecting a product from our site, please note our production times:
- Standard production: 5-7 business days + shipping
- Sale item production: 2-4 business days + shipping
If you are ordering multiples of one product with different names/variations, select the quantity of awards, complete the entire process for one name/variation, and add the rest below the template.
