The Order Process

Dear Customer,

We value your business and strive to provide you our best service at all times. We want you to love the final product. To do so, our order process keeps you involved from placement to fulfillment. 

Placing an order

1. Select a product from our site. Please note the lead time for products:

• Crystal or Acrylic catalogs - 2 weeks
• Specials - 5 days

2. Browse our selection of templates and select one that matches your need.

3. After selecting a template, provide notes on what you would like written on the award in the "order special instructions" box found in your cart. (If you're unsure, leave blank and we will reach out to you to help bring your ideas to life!)

4. We will send you an email with a mock-up free of charge. Make as many changes as you need. (We will not begin manufacturing till you are completely satisfied with how your product looks)

5. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have completed the order and shipped the product.
